We ordered Mojitos at $4.50 CUC, which is really expensive as they were no bigger or better than a lot of other places we have been too. He ordered the day’s special which our waiter proudly kept telling us was the Organic fillet of Pork in crusted seeds and Mojito sauce at $24 CUC, again with the extra side dish. I ordered the Beef Tenderloin pieces in Blue Cheese & Green Pepper Sauce at $21 CUC, but as it doesn’t come with anything else you need to order a side dish, we both ordered the sauteed vegetables at $3 CUC. The menu is quite small which is a nice change, but pretty expensive for sure. The service is very good with our waiter speaking great English. If you book ahead you can get a good table for sure. The main dining area is pretty tight too, they really need more room in this place. We managed to move to a table with more room which was much better. Waiters buzz around and get us seated in a cramped area at the far end of the restaurant. Sliced smoked roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and yellow mustard on a pressed Cuban sweet roll.Two flights of stairs and you’re in the restaurant which is quite brightly light with a duo playing music to the side.
